2211a and Outside Units

3 offenders got shot and killed at 76th and Coles on Tuesday and the response was massive. Outdoor roll calls, extra patrols and every resource the Chicago Police Department has deployed to an area that barely pays any taxes and probably would give two shits if the assholes got buried right where they layed or was picked up by Streets and Sanitation.

We have a robbery and burglary spree and we get nothing.

76th and Coles gets 2211a for an outdoor roll call.

We still get nothing. MTGP has also heard from a little birdie that MSF was recently deployed to 016 to help out over there. Our response, good for them, the 016 district is another tax paying community and deserves some police response. Our only thought is, when is 022 going to get some extra help. MSF, TRU, anyone? At this point, Mount Greenwood residents would just be happy to have 2211 and 2211a on the beat all the time.

If the city wants vigilantism, they will get it. MTGP is sure that our community could take care of itself if it had to.

Keep watch over your neighbors. I know the cars that stay on my block and you should too. If someone looks out of place, don't be afraid to call the police. If Jaqueisha can call because Tyrone doesn't clean his room or go to school, you can certainly call over a real police matter. If we stay strong and act when we need to, the shitbirds will know better than to come around. If it takes some flying lead to get the point across, so be it.

It's amazing to me why the CPD brass is so concerned with impressing all the shitheads in the crappy neighborhoods with a police presence. Those people would just as soon NOT have any po-po's around. I think they make that clear every time they are interviewed after the fact on the nightly news.

2211 AND 2211a need to be on their beat for us. And NOWHERE else! Why can't we have protection?

The only solution is to OUST Ald Rugai. O'Shea is being groomed to take her place but he is part of the machine, dont let the Irish name fool you. A female doctor from Beverly is going to run against Rugai in the upcoming election. I dont remember what her name is off hand but ANYBODY is better than what we have now. Be on the lookout for the flyers and campaign literature. From what i read she is VERY involved with the Beverly/Mt Greenwood community and has DEMANDED beat integrity for the cars assigned to those neighborhoods. I also heard she was responsible for getting the 2211a car created.

As far as i know there is only ONE republican alderman, and his name is Doherty and he represents the 016th Dist which is basically Mt Greenwood North (Norwood/Edison/Jefferson/Oriole Park). In the next 019th Ward election we need to say "Bye Bye Rugai" and vote a Republican candidate for some real "change" we can believe in. Im continually amazed how many conservatives live in the 60655/60643 but all we get is this damned democratic leadership which doesnt give a damn about the working man. If change doesnt happen the front line is going to get alot closer to your doorstep and nothing is going to get done about it. St Bedes parish is taking a turn for the worst and St. Cajetans isnt far behind. The buffer zone is disappearing and things could start to get very uncomfortable in your own neighborhood in the very forseable future once ghetto overflow from both those parishes hits home.

I'm sick of the way things are now....I don't feel I can take my kids to Mt. Greenwood Park and let them play there safely..I don't think a squad would come if I called from what I hear. I'm ready for a change from same old same old. That is ignoring us and taking us for granted!

We don't get what we need because we are to SILENT about it.

DR ANNE YES WE CAN! Shaible for alderman! Maybe one day there will be basketball rims on the backboards in Mt Greenwood Park again. We've been hoodwinked, bushwhacked and bamboozled by Rugai for too long

Your father's democratic party, ie that of JFK, is dead and gone. He is turning over in his grave at how far left the Demo-rats have gone with abortion, gay marriage, the welfare state and the anti-police rhetoric we see in the liberal media, judiciary and the states attorneys office. These days if you consider yourslf a democrat you are way off the reservation. Considering what we tax paying members of this neighborhood have had to endure in lack of services (take a look at what those non tax paying suck holes in Humbolt/Garfield park/Englewood have in the way of freshly paved streets, patched pot holes, police response/presence and pristine parks with new facilities). why in Gods name would you continue to vote in the likes of Rugai or any democratic nominee. They clearly arent working for the working class. We dont even have a public track let alone CTA service on the L train here. Would that fly in any other neighborhood on the South or West Side? Think about it Mt Greenwood.

ok, somebody said that 2211 got a uuw pinch on 2211 beat is not true. there were no arrests for uuw or any guns recovered on 2211s beat in the past two months. 2212, tonight 27 may 2010 traffic stop 104th/peoria in 022 with an arrest. 2211, curfew on 111th and homan taking a curfew to 107th and green...hhmmmmmm, underage kid in our neighborhood from 107 and green... Im not tellin anyone how to be the police but in that case maybe taking JR home to mama is not the best answer..I mean come on, maybe hook a brotha up with a reckless conduct or something.. well whatever.. Im sure I sound like an extreme know but whatever... Stay on the beat.. At least 2211 cared enought and stopped the kid and got him out of the neighborhood.

WRONG!!! He has limited district experience. Not a bad guy, but absolutely NOT the guy you want running the show. Trust me!

Hey Lt. Greco who ever wrote the last comment on 5-29 obviously doesn't know you or what you stand for. We got your back because we know you will always have ours!!
